Remodel Has Started- Week 1 and 2

 

Before the groundbreaking begins!

Old patio and front sidewalk are removed.

Ground is dug to pour new footings.

Pump truck is used to pour cement into the new footings.

Block is laid on the new foundation.

Start of Week 2

The walls are backfilled.

New front step is poured.

Floor trusses go in on the back.  Slab is poured on back.
